The computer ration and packing weigh, it is a kind of new intelligent packing weigh studied by our company. This weigh was made up of automatic weigh system, conveying system, sealing system, control system by computer. It have some characters: proper structure, nice profile, run steady, save power, easy operation, precise weigh and so on.

The main machine adopts fast, middle, slow three kinds of speed feeding with special feeding structure, advanced digit frequency conversion technology, sampling-processing technology, anti-interference and fulfill error compensation and modification automatically.

It proper with powder, granule material’s ration packing.

Operating principle:

The material from the feeding system(gas moving gate) was added into the weighing hopper, after the control system receive the sensor’s weight signal, it will control according to the preset programme, in the beginning it will add the material fast(fast adding, middle adding, slow adding at the same time),when the weight ≥(target value--whole variable),stop fast adding signal output, turn into middle speed adding(middle adding, slow adding at the same time),when the weight ≥(target value-precise measure value),stop the middle adding signal output, enter into slow speed adding(slow adding),when the weight ≥(target value-over impulse value),stop the slow adding signal output, feeding gate closed fully, ration weighing finished. When the clamping bag signal input, weighing hopper and discharging gate open automatically, when the weight ≤zero set point, weighing hopper and discharging gate closed automatically, the bag loose automatically and drop onto the conveyor belt,was sent to the sealing machine, enter into next process after sealing; the control system enter into next control cycle at the same time.
